My tiny balcony had a view of a corrugated iron roof and wall to one side. The toilet was dirty and the basin tap fell off. I was not impressed. A terrace bar was closed so l asked if l could have a drink on the balcony of the restsurant. I was told l could not. When l informed the waitress another waiter said l could, she said well if someone else wants the table who is eating I'd have to move. I did have dinner but l won't be going back.

Stayed at a few places in Darwin. This was our favourite, great location, central to everything. Quiet, just minutes to the city centre, can watch the sunset on the beach or from the infinity pool.

The resort has excellent amenities the pool is beautiful with swim up bar & cocktails. There are several restaurants bars sunset on the terrace views of Mindil beach. The Staff are excellent it’s got it all at this resort.

The superior room with the direct access to the pool was by far the BEST feature & has really exceeded our expectation's & has risen the bar of what you want from a resort room. The staff were super friendly & helpful. HIGHLY recommended this to anyone staying in Darwin.

Stained dirty floor rug in room. Mould in shower. Lots of plant matter and some bandaids in lagoon pool. No Foxtel services except sports channels. No room info brochure about the resort bar and restaurant open and close times. Charge to room payment never worked for us. Lagoon pool room is average size, pool view is lovely and lit up at night. External beach path Lights were not working, there was broken glass on paths and indigenous people laying on paths that take you to the markets. No crocodile warning signs as you exit the resort onto the beach. No table to eat from in room.
