Brand new construction home with special sound reducing insulation and carefully chosen finishes. There is a comfy queen sized bed in the bedroom with a closet, a large custom built full kitchen (quartz countertops) thats fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Dining room table for 2 with extra chairs if you wish. The bathroom is a good size with quartz counters, lots of storage, a tub and shower combo. The living room has a comfy couch and large 50" smart tv. Wifi, Netflix, Live Sports, Live News and other Streaming services are included in your stay. In-unit laundry.

There is a 2 units in the home but this unit has a private ground level side entry.

Just minutes drive from Mic Mac Mall, 7 minutes to Dartmouth Crossing, walking distance to popular Dartmouth coffee shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful Banook lake. The is big beautiful park with off-leash dog area at the back and the Dartmouth Waterfront and Alderney Landing with the the convenience of the hopping on the Alderney ferry to head to Halifax.

PARKING: there is ONE space included in the parking area, but please keep in mind it’s a tight fit up the driveway, so please be careful. There’s plenty of free unlimited street parking out front and all down the street.
