The Tiffany Retreat is a lovely home in Daphne, that feels like an exceptionally tranquil wellness destination! It is located less than 3 miles from the beach! For the safety of our guests, there are monitored cameras located all around the exterior of the property. It is a non-smoking facility. However, smoking is allowed on the backyard grounds and deck. The home is a wonderful getaway for families, couples or singles! It has been totally remodeled with a fresh, soothing and upscale country palette. The home is spacious, relaxing with practical furnishings, amenities and LV flooring throughout. Although we are located in the Daphne city center, we’re nestled in a private quiet community with only a few surrounding neighbors and amidst an abundance of lush landscaping. It’s the perfect place for guests to relax, recharge, rejuvenate and experience utter peace and tranquility or to indulge in all of the excitement and modern conveniences, nightlife and fun that Daphne and the surrounding cities of Fairhope and Mobile have to offer. Upon arrival, guests will find plenty of free parking on the premises. Guests can drive directly up to the front of the property and park in the long driveway. There is also additional guest parking on the west side of property. There is enough parking in the driveway for 10 guests cars. The home also has a large inviting front porch for guests to sit and breathe in the fresh air, meditate or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. The retreat has an array of captivating indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces including a large deck for our guests to gather, relax, dine and listen to music. (If it rains, guests can checkout the multi-designated work station, where they’ll find books, art, board games and card games etc to engage among themselves). Outside, there is lots of sports fun including; portable pickle ball, a basketball goal, kids baseball, kickball, football gear. and lots of seating around the fire pit. Our guests can relax on the wooden swing, in the tree hammock or take a stroll down by the creek.. all at their own risk! There is a fully stocked kitchen in the home and all 3 bathrooms have been completely updated. Back inside the home, there is a cozy built-in electric fireplace in the family room. The home has 4 very nice bedrooms that are completely stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable nites stay, including linen, bedding, pillows, a rug and seating. (One bedroom is used as a den but has convertible sofa and is ready for guest sleeping). There are 2 full bathrooms and one half bath. Each stocked with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable nites stay. Guests can either walk or drive to certain places located only 5 to 10 minutes away from the home. There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, sports centers, gyms, salons, farmer’s markets, parks, a YMCA, gator/walking trails, fishing, bird watching, the Mobile Bay, waterfront dining, bars, golfing, Mobile’s nightlife, entertainment venues and a plethora of shopping centers nearby our home. There is also the Jubilee Shopping Center, Eastern Shore Baseball Academy, Union 10 FC BaldwinCounty and so much more! The Tiffany Retreat is also only a 35 minute short drive to the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
Additionally, our guests will discover that there are 3 smart tv’s inside the retreat.. 2 in the common area and 1 in the 4th bedroom/den. There is WiFi, ROKU, cable and internet connectivity access. Yes, there is central heating, AC accessibility, plenty of storage and an LED wall wine bar. (There is no alcohol provided). Below the wine bar is a granite top desk with seating that can be used as a designated workspace or children’s game space/eating area. There are multiple eating area options at the retreat all within the large open entertainment space. For starters, there is a round bar style custom granite breakfast table that seats 4. We have an 11 ft granite kitchen island that could seat 8 guests and a large custom granite dining table with an upholstery bench which offers seating to accommodate up to 6 guests. Our guests may also choose to dine outside on the large deck, which seats 12. The fully equipped indoor kitchen encompasses an array of dishes, bowls, glassware, flatware, wine glasses, pots, pans, midsized crockpot, toasters, grills, cake plate, stove with a built in air fryer feature, easy touch style microwave, pizza trays, serving trays and serving platters. There are sufficient paper goods, paper towels, laundry detergent and supplies. Also, we have a coffee/tea station with all complimentary items condiments for our guests. Please see pantry for guests complimentary welcoming basket. Because we definitely want your stay to be exceptional! There is also a guest Welcome Guide/rule book located at the designated workstation. Please read the guidelines and Special Notes/rules below. In the Welcome guide there is a short list of rules, a section for local restaurant options and a section for you to leave your comments or suggestions for improvements to The Tiffany Retreat. Yes, we do provide our guests with plenty of linen, mattress pads, children’s books, toys, games and dishes. Also provided are comforters, blankets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, blow dryer, wipes, razors and area rugs. There are clothes baskets in each of the bedroom closets along with hangars, luggage space, extra pillows and blankets. There is a laundry room in the hallway with a washer, dryer, first aid kit, dish soap, fire extinguisher, laundry detergent, softener, bleach, iron, and a board for guests to utilize. There is also a utility rack inside the laundry room stocked with additional supplies including blender, mixer, toasters, electric broiler, crockpot and kids supplies for guests convenience.
The Tiffany Retreat has ample sleeping quarters for everyone, including a master bedroom with a king bed, seating area and a private bathroom. All other guests share the other 2 bathrooms both located in the hallways. There is a 2nd bedroom with a double bed that sleeps 2 along with 2 additional twin beds. There’s a third bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps 2. Lastly, there is a 4th bedroom on the opposite end of the house near the half bathroom which has a queen size sofa bed that sleeps 2. The room has a tv which can also be used as a media room. All bedrooms rooms have blinds and blackout curtains, for a cozy nite of sleep.
Guests can exit through the back double doors at the breakfast/dining area that lead directly outside to sit on the deck and take in the aroma of fresh air. While staying at the retreat, guests will find multiple spaces all around the property to lounge, bbq on the grill, sit around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, read, interact with nature, chat with family or simply listen to music.
SPECIAL NOTE: Guests will need to bring their own charcoal or propane for use of the outdoor grill. (The propane tank is provided by the hosts. However, the tank is only available upon advanced request and prior to guests arrival to the retreat). It is our goal to provide exceptional services and accommodations at The Tiffany Retreat. It is our desire to provide the ultimate holistic relaxation experiences for each of our special guests and to offer them the perfect environment to enjoy a peaceful, recharging, rejuvenating, revitalizing and comfortable stay. SPECIAL NOTES: Please read!! A maximum of 10 guests are allowed per booking. (Posted rates are only for 4 persons maximum; which also includes children! There will be an additional charge for each additional guests per booking). SPECIAL NOTE: DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED at the Tiffany retreat. An Additional $300.00 per day will be charged to guests for this rule violation. Absolutely NO SMOKING is ever allowed inside the retreat. There will be a $500 per day charge applied to guest account for this rule violation.
