Disgusting and Dirty- used mouse trap!!!
To say this place is disgusting, is an understatement. I have stayed here before, about 7 years ago, and expected it to be the similar run down Super 8. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and ended up only staying there for one night. We felt unsafe both physically and environmentally. To start, there was a dirty mouse trap behind our refrigerator, the smoke detector was gone and wires were hanging from the ceiling, the chair to sit on was stained and extremly soiled, there was a substance (likely poop) smeared on the wall by the toilet, another substance (I told my kids it was tomato soup because they were concerned that it was blood) splattered on the wall, there was a small roach that ran out from under my daughter's shoes in the morning, the extra door lock was broken off, the curtains were spattered with something gross and in disarray, we were greeted with an empty roll of used toilet paper, and the sink was completely cracked. All of this was only from one of our two rooms. The second room was dirty, but not as obviously disgusting as the first. The deadbolt in the 2nd room was broken off, making no way to securely lock the door. The least of our concerns was that both rooms smelled and no food items were served despite breakfast included being advertised.

The property is nasty roaches and fleas!! The downstairs smells horrible because o dogs!!! And hotels should not have carpet an welcome dogs!! And no long mirrors in the rooms and need to serve breakfast

On a scale of 1-10 for cleanliness I'll give it a 1! Bed bug dirty curtains looks like boogers on the wall. I had requested a shower of hair because I'm handicapped and they gave me a regular dining chair. This place is awful!!

I didn't like any of the property. I explicitly booked a nonsmoking room and did not get it. Had to stay in a smoking room which stunk to high heaven. Drapes and bedding had burn holes all over them. Doors had wholes and some had no veneer left to them. My shower didn't work. Then changed to a nonsmoking the next day doors should have been in the dump and the mattress was buckled. I'll never stay there again and Travelocity should not represent them.

The place was in very bad condition, including a burnt outlet still in use for the air conditioning. Also housekeeping did a horrible job... Found gloves and and other stuff. Even the door handle looked contaminated. All in all, I'd call it a slum.

I ordered a room that was a non-smoking room and it was abundantly apparent that this room has been smoked in multiple times they were cigarette burns on the tub on the linen in the bathroom on the carpet. All the other hotels in the area were full, so I wasn’t able to switch hotels. Luckily, I was busy with family and didn’t have to spend a lot of time there. If it was possible to rate this place zero stars I would.

From the beginning, this was a horrible experience. The front desk lady did not have my reservation ready. No breakfast as advertised. Our reserved room was rented out and we were given a room with mold everywhere. they said it was the last one available. reeked of smoke. The room had filthy carpets, a lamp and table power wouldn't work, the bathroom door didn't close and would not lock. Very unsavory people hanging around. Hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We schedule for 2 more days but went elsewhere. This place is disgusting!

The hotel is nothing like it’s advertised. Our door wouldn’t lock and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Just oh sorry I will tell maintenance. Never got room service. Our window was broken. Carpet was soaking wet and the sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. All the outlets where coming out of the walls

It was one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed in. If my kids weren't with me i would have slept in my car. There was no breakfast, which would have been fine if they didnt advertise free breakfast. The staff was horribly disrespectful, they mocked my special needs son. It was the cheapest hotel around, but was still incredibly overpriced for what it was. The carpet was black and sticky, and the curtains were stained and ripped, the bathtub and sink were cracked, and the lock was broken off the door. 0/10 do not stay here

If you are not staying long and don't mind holes in the wall or the carpet feeling wet, this is fine. We asked for a cot for an extra person, it was gross so we didn't use it. Shower dripped and was not clean. There was duct tape around the door that the room and the room next to us shared. Will not stay here again.

Staff courteous and friendly. Facility in much need of refurbishing. Holes in curtains, drape not completely on rod, toilet paper androd missing from holder (used facial tissues), floor wet with chemical smell. Saving grace was the friendly, helpful woman who checked me in and i was obly booked for one night.
