A 3 tier deck for creating unforgettable memories on playing, relaxing and eating while overlooking your own private dock and soak in the fall colors around the lakefront! Can't see a neighbor on either side of the house. Big BBQ grill and big outdoor table for cookouts! Lounge or take a nap on 2 hanging day beds while reading a book. After a long day on the water come back to soak in the large hot tub overlooking the lake or relax by the fire pit!

Entertainment Galore: Large gathering space, Air Hockey, Ping-pong, Foosball, fire-pit for roasting s'mores, TV with gaming system, family friendly board games, puzzles and more.

Pet Friendly: We know that your furry friend is a part of the family, which is why our lodge is pet-friendly. You'll find a convenient dog door and access to a fenced-in grass area and dog kennel in the basement.

Our home is ideally located far enough to be away from the crowds but near 40 and Exit 407-Sevierville, leaving a short drive to all the attractions of the smokies (Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Smokey Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge) . But with all the amenities available, you may not want to leave!

FAQs:
☀Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ This property is not ADA compliant. There are 2 steps required to enter the property. However, there is two bedrooms & full bathroom located on the main level. Additionally you can drive and park near the lower level which for no stair access.

☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!

☀ What other amenities do you provide?
➜ We provide full bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. We also provide ample trash bags for the kitchen & bathrooms. Additionally, we provide a starter set of the following items that you might want to bring or purchase extra, depending on your length of stay: Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods.

➜ For coffee lovers: the home has a traditional drip coffee maker with filters in the drawer right below, 2 keurigs (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a French press☕️



☀ Where can I rent a boat?
Several locations to rent paddleboards and other various boats and jet skis are nearby. The closest is H2O Water sports, just down the street from home.

☀ Can I dock my boat at the house?
If you would like to bring your own boat, there are several places it can be put in the water within 10 minutes of the home, and can be secured to our dock for the entirety of your stay.

☀ Is there good fishing nearby?
Yes! Douglas lake has almost 600 miles of shoreline and is rated one of the best bass fishing lakes in the Country.

Important Notes:
Dock is a lovely walk down a winding path in the backyard some people choose to rent an Atv/UTV/Golf cart to make it quick and easy to get down to the lake (easily rentable from Good Ole Boys nearby they drop off at the house)

Lake does lower in the Winter months, it varies due to precipitation and according to the TVA controls. Water typically begins filling in March in our cove. However this is TVA controlled and we cannot make promises on water levels.

Our close cabin is immersed in nature which most love! However, this means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the our wooded location, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this.

This cabin offers its guests a water park and a hot tub. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly cabin.

This Dandridge cabin is smoke free.
