While the check in staff was fantastic (I think Diane was her name!) the check out staff was inattentive and avoidant. Property is extremely dated (old musty carpeting, cracked shower wall) and the pet noise on the property was extremely loud at all ours. Appreciated the arcade, but only half the games were working. It was a quick 30 minutes of fun.

No one was able to give me a copy of our final bill. Also no one recorded our check out time of 7:00 so housekeeping couldn’t start cleaning our room. I received a text at 10:00 asking what time we would be checking out. My room was very clean and comfortable.
