Room comfortable & breakfast good. Room equipment needs a re-fresh: the refrigerator did not work right & left our food at room temperature, and the HVAC unit was so noisy we had to turn it off (and the controls were damaged so even getting it off took effort).

PROS: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was good. The breakfast selection was good. Parking was good. CONS: The rooms were in need of updates. The refrigerator motor in the initial room was very loud. Packed everything up and went to another room. Had to call service to fix the room unit - no heat. Unit was old and very loud. Bathtub was clean but old.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy location to get to off/on the highway. Vans Pizza and Beer Bar in the lobby area was very good. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Not so bad, but room for improvement.
Front desk reps were very polite and helpful. Room was clean, but towels and wash cloths had seen better days. Breakfast room was clean and well stocked. It seemed to be quite popular. The king sized bed was OK. Seemed a bit lumpy and a bit hard to get out of in the morning. Overall, we were satisfied and would stay there again.

Convenient for an out of town family stay
My latest stay here was the 3rd time in two years. I have family in Danbury and the proximity of Laquinta to their home is close. Parking is not a problem, check-in goes along smoothly but not speedily, and the rooms are very clean and odorless. The TV was not working so I called the front desk and was told cable was out in the entire hotel. Disappointing so I went to bed early, to wake up and find it was still not working. Called front desk again, complained, and they were extremely understanding and helpful, offered me 5,000 points towards my next stay there. All this personal information aside, I was pleased with my stay there. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it has what you need for a basic overnight stay and a good breakfast the next morning.

I didn’t like that the two rooms we stayed in one cracked tub and serious mold. Second room curtains had holes and shower curtain. Only 1 bar of soap? No handsoap ? O wish when we checked in they said no tvs were working. They moved our room due to very un-chaperoned kids played hockey in the hallway. It wasn’t until we moved to a new room and we mentioned the tv in 1st room wasn’t working were we told no tvs are working? For transparency shouldn’t that be mentioned?

TV does not work and there has been no effort to fix the issue. The girl at the desk spent more time on her phone talking to her boyfriend then booking me in. I can assure you I will not be staying here again.
