Very well maintained home with room to please. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and a terrific kitchen and dining room. There is also a sun drenched north facing balcony. Downstairs there is a large rumpus room and near new bathroom that lends itself to be converted to 2 more bedrooms. Would be fantastic for two families.
The fully fenced rear yard is landscaped and is ideal for kids and family pets. The Dalmeny shops are only metres away, as id the beach.

3) Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours.
4) Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.
