We were there for the Dallas marathon. The parking for the hotel was very unorganized. They made you valet, it took a long time, and the next day they couldn’t find my key fob. Very unprofessional. The hotel itself was fine and comfortable.

The Hotel had an old musty smell and had a lot of wear and tear. The one luggage cart available was duct taped together. The building and rooms need a serious renovation to update all areas. I ended up canceling my booking and stayed elsewhere

Rooms are good, area is not that good. Stay here for a week and was afraid to going out. Expensive valet parking, 45 per night the parking space is in front of property but you need to use the valet otherwise you can’t park your car. Housekeeping is not daily however they change towels and trash. For a day or two is ok, breakfast is terrible, limited options, nothing was tasty sometimes they put only bread and some eggs.
