This is the entire second floor of this historic Victorian home. It has a private entrance and parking. The bottom floor is occupied by an attorney during normal business hours.
When u walk up the stairs to the unit you will be mesmerized by its old world charm. This home is over 100 years old built in 1921. The home has been beautifully restored. Beautiful vaulted ceilings in the bedroom & living room. Gourmet kitchen with everything u need to cook a 5 star meal. There is a full coffee/tea bar with wide a selection. U will be walking distance to all of the best restaurants & bars. Best location & amazing skyline views. You have access to the courtyard and are welcome to use the picnic table. Easy to find location with plenty of street parking. Whole foods is less then a block away and there are many cute coffee shops and cafes. There is even a yoga studio near by. This is a historic Dallas neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous historic homes. You wont wanna leave!!

The property was great and in a wonderful location. I was not too sure what to expect when I entered the property as we booked it as a two bedroom property and we found two beds in one room we were travelling with my teenage daughter and did not want to share a room . Upon further looking the second bedroom was actually a small study off the main living room

When we arrived, the beds were not made, the sheets were dirty, and the bathroom was dirty with used towels. It took 2 hours for the owner to respond.We booked a hotel in the meantime.

Amazing Location!
The house was adorable, and the location could not have been better. The neighborhood has to be one of the safest in Dallas. We walked to and from dinner each night. Th nearby restaurant gives several options. There is also a Whole Foods a block away. We would definitely stay again.

This property is such a gem. It has everything you need for any length of stay and was close to fine dining in addition to a grocery store. Amenities were all very thoughtful and plentiful. I would stay again next time I'm in the Dallas area.

Lovely property, great neighborhood. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen to cook. A couple hiccups with a broken washing machine and an issue with filter in air conditioner making loud noise. Owner was responsive. Would definitely stay again when back in Dallas.

Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby.

Great place in a great location
We could not have been happier with the property - walking distance to so many things. While we didn't use much in the kitchen, it was really well appointed and we could have cooked if we wanted to. Owner was very responsive when we arrived early and when my daughter left something behind. Next time we visit my son, will try to stay again.

We were just in town for 1 night and this place is exactly what we needed. The beds were very comfy and the neighborhood is quaint. The only downside, which we should have expected given the location, was the sound of jets flying over. Other than that, every need was met plus some. There was even a wonderful selection of teas - the little things matter!
