Needs repair and staff to clean
Hotel looks like it needs overall reconditioning and cleaning. Hallway on 2nd floor had lots of stains in carpet, damage to walls, and overall just felt run down. My room had massively large stains on the couch, enough that I did not want to sit on it ever since they appeared to be bodily fluids. There also was a serious lack of water pressure, as in the water barely fell out of the tap or shower. Informed front desk and requested printed receipt for work expenses, staff could not provide print out. Breakfast was average but available. Elevators and Hallways frequently smelled of marijuana from other guests, which is funny from a smoke free property. Either management is blind to stains and condition of property as well as overall cleanliness, or doesnt care...and im not sure which is worse for a brand of this kind. I travel frequently for work and staff at this brand for a reason, this was not the standard Marriott has in other locations so its clear management or owners are not on board. Should be branded something else that more accurately reflects its quality...perhaps a Motel 6.

Horrible experience and will never return, and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I checked in around 11pm, was not greeted, but was checked in. I asked if the room i was given had a bathtub in which I was informed it did not. I asked if I could get a room with a bathtub, and the clerk was able to switch me to a room with a bathtub. I get to my room for it to be a FILTHY handicap accessible room. The sofa was filthy the carpet had huge stains the shower/tub was dirty the sheets were dirty and so was the fridge not to mention we were put on the side that was being worked on so we had no view! I took pictures and immediately went back down to the front desk and asked for my previous room with the shower and informed the clerk the room was filthy. I got to my room, which was a little better but still needed work. The next morning me and my spouse and I were heading out to start our day as we started our car, which was very loud! He proceeded to look underneath the vehicle to see that our catalytic converter was stolen! We informed the front desk, but before we could mention what was stolen, she already knew since someone else had there's stolen a week prior! Never will I book at this hotel again and will definitely warn people. I lost money, time as well as my catalytic converter.

Room was average. Water pressure was very low in the shower. Floors could use a deep clean; scuff marks. Continental breakfast was not good, compared to other Springhill Suites I’ve stay in. Price was too much for the type of stay I encountered.

I was able to check in early without a penalty. The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. The staff was friendly too. This hotel was about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas and that was appreciated for my trip.
