I'm a repeat customer because for the price, it's a fantastic hotel option. Other properties charge more for the same. Great location. Two minor details, in case you care: - Breakfast service is only available on weekends and if you pay the discount offered in advance, you are not getting the full menu. - Carpet in the elevators are dirty. Rooms itself are clean though.

The staff were really friendly and kind. A cockroach was found in the room. The elevator was dirty. Rooms bathroom was not the cleanest. The tub had some rust around the rim of where the water drain.

I stayed at Sonesta Select off of Central Expressway overnight. The hotel was very clean, there was plenty of parking, and it was in a safe area. My room was very clean as well. The bed was actually very comfortable. It was pillow top soft without being either too firm or too soft where you felt like you want into it. The pillows were okay. I’m a taller guy and they didn’t support me as well as they could have. Check in was very easy. I checked on through Expedia, which gave me a slight discount. Altogether, I had a good stay.

The property was convenient and staffed with some of the most caring and conscientious employees on site. Not one time were they not able to help me ... they were always accommodating, delivering great hospitality! KUDOS to THE STAFF! *Things to be considered for the future are having an in-house laundromat for convenience and open continental breakfast every day, in order to stay competitive?! Hope to revisit again!

Good for the price
The overall hotel was very nice and clean. We were only there for a night passing through. The room had a balcony over looking the pool and had a nice breeze. The bed itself was very comfortable but I'm sorry the pillows were awful. It's the only thing that needed work to me. The room was good for the price.
