This hotel was perfect for our stay. We were within 15 minutes of all the different activities for our two kids and had many great food options around. Our little kids loved the pool area and how it wasn’t too deep for them.

It was a very nice hotel but upon checkout both elevators were broken. Which typically would not have been an huge deal with our room on the second floor. But one of our party uses a walker and is on constant oxygen. She had to navigate down two flights of stairs. The front desk did send an employee to walk in front of her in case of need. It was not an enjoyable departure worrying about her.

10/10. I absolutely loved this hotel. I am very picky when it comes down to hotels. I will definitely return to this specific hotel. I hope that they are not sold out next time I come to Dallas. Very clean rooms. Probably one of the first hotels that I’ve stayed in that is extra clean. No stains in bedsheet or pillows. Even the showers were super clean no hairs on the shower walls. I usually always see stains or left over hairs from people shaving on shower walls at hotels but not at this hotel. I hope the housekeeping ladies are getting great pay for how great they leave the rooms. I really appreciate them. I hope next time I come the rooms are just as clean and organized. The only thing I’d say is that I wish they did put bags in the bathroom trash cans but other than that no complaints. Loved, loved this hotel. Very friendly staff. If I could give it more stars I would. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My family and I have stayed at this property twice in a row now. During our first stay, 9/22, there was a private event - there were no room disruptions. This stay there was no event and again no room disruptions. We thoroughly enjoy the beautiful, serene atmosphere, clean facilities, beautiful pool and quietness of the neighborhood overall. Front desk staff was always kind and respectful. I can say that their handicap suites are truly accessible, including heights of the beds - which was more obvious this second trip since we had a standard room this go around.
