RUN- as fast as you can !
Window had a film of dirt on the inside. Curtain had a big beverage stain on it. Cockroach next to a nickel on the floor. Refrigerator top was dirty & a fly came out when I opened it. Dried up orange food residue on bottom. Floor wasn't swept clean from last resident. When I pulled up in front of room there was a man sitting on the curb with his "suitcases" aka grocery bag's next to him. Made my dog & I very uncomfortable. I was in the room about 4 minute's before I said "No way can I stay here". Just disgusting ! Still charged me for the 2 night's I reserved it for. Highway robbery !

Room was dirty there was a bloody fingerprint on the bathroom door . And they won’t give me my deposit back and all I did was sleep there over night I didn’t even have luggage it was just so I wouldn’t fall asleep driving so I know I didn’t break anything.

Room was dirty to the extent that I needed to buy disinfectant wipes and clean it People partying right outside of the room until late Shady people hanging around which probably lives there Pictures on the website makes it out to be way better than actually is I only stayed one night, out of necessity, and then checked out and stayed at another hotel A refund for the 2 nights would be greatly appreciated Thank you

The staff was polite during interaction. There were many people just lingering around the rooms smoking outside as a single female traveling kind of made me feel unsafe. The housekeeping was weird as they came to empty my trashes and only made one bed. It Appeared that they didn’t provide new towels just refolded the used ones that were on the floor. One of the bedsheets had cigarette burns in it. The door required to be slammed in order for it to lock. If you just pulled the door close you would be able to push it open. I would probably not stay here again.

It was ok, great location. Room had a smell to the point i had to put my car Air freshener in my room. Bugs in room was a problem not bed bugs but just bug's. 1st time ever as well make sure you have cash or you talk to your bank to make sure you its get it fix before you stay here. Place was just ok

Drove in after 9 hour drive. Walked in the room to a roach hangout fest. Roaches on the bed and the floor. Staff refused to issue a refund.

Paid for a poolside room to get there only to find out i was upstairs.. was told that the room was on the same side as the pool. You have to park on the side of the hotel and then walk all the way to the back side of the building to go up stairs to a “pool side” room.
