The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

The social media worthy interior is perfect for large groups, gatherings and socializing; five spacious bedrooms and THREE bathrooms allow for everyone to spread out as they please. And if having a jaw-dropping, incredible home isn’t enough, you’re lucky to be a mere FIVE miles from downtown Dallas’s restaurants, bars, and exciting attractions. This home really is your dream spot- life doesn't get any better than this!

Even our parking situation is ideal: our private yard can fit up to TEN (yes, 10!) cars, any day, every day. That’s a lot of happy guests!

This five-bedroom home could not get any better.

Pamper your traveling companions and guests in the poolside deck area, complete with a retractable canopy to cool you from the sun’s rays. We’re excited for you to enjoy our hot tub, beautiful lounging areas, large outdoor covered dining wood gazebo, round pool, bbq grill and endless green grass space; we guarantee you will enjoy the outdoors all day, any day.

Some nibbles and snacks are much needed after all this fun- our kitchen is FULLY equipped with top of the line appliances to make cooking and baking oh-so-easy!

At the end of the day, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the two smart TV’s and cables and even a family poker night in our game room!

Each bedroom has a different living situation to mix and match depending on your travel group.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as an en-suite full bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The third bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds.
The fourth room has two queen beds.
And the fifth bedroom has two queen beds and a twin over twin bunk bed as well as an en-suite full bathroom (please note this room will only be available for groups of +12 guests).

Guest Access:
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. Location, Location, Location! We are in the absolute perfect neighborhood: quiet, and yet you are so close to all the excitement and buzz Dallas has to offer. We are conveniently 5 miles to Downtown Dallas.

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★

We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 392450 issued by the City of Dallas.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
