Choose wisely
No phone, no Internet, and stinky towels. Not a good neighborhood. First thing I heard when I walked out of my room. "move faster or I'll punch you in the face". Fortunately, I discovered the black male was talking to someone else.
The lady who waited on me was very without empathy. First there was a $50 deposit that I had no idea was required. I paid the reservation through After-Pay. It was not until I took a picture of the flyer on the desk that gave details on the deposit, THEN she admitted I would get it back once I checked out. The room was clean for the most part but the shower did not work I reported it and they said they would get it fixed. No follow up, no calls, nothing. This was a 2 night stay. Someone did clean the room however, shower would not work.
Hello, this was one of the worst nights of my life in a hotel. I’m shocked that Expedia allows a place like this—essentially a zero-star motel in this location- on the app. The bedsheets were dirty and smelled awful, there were insects, and even cockroaches and other animals were running on my face. I managed to sleep only 4 hours before I had to leave the hotel immediately. I have pictures of the room to back up my claims. I am requesting a full refund and sincerely hope I don’t fall ill from this experience. My body is already aching
lady was rude, gentlemen were pretty nice. Just be sure to get your deposit because they might say you didn’t place a deposit. Hotel room also is completely different from the pictures.
We needed a place for the grandbabies to stay cool while our house was being treated. The room was very clean and everyone I encountered was very nice.
I booked for 3 nights and the second after I checked in I realized the deadbolt to my room on the 1st floor was broken and there were no other rooms available except for the pet rooms which the front desk associate assured me I wouldn’t want because of the smell. He said maintenance would fix it the next day and yet it still remained broken my entire stay. I was told to just use my top latch and it shouldn’t matter since “you’re only here for 3 nights.” The next day I awoke to find two roaches the size of a human thumb in my bathroom. I understand this is the South I’m accustomed to our bugs. However, I feel they wouldn’t have been able to enter as easily if there weren’t such large gaps between the doors and floor particularly which you can peek inside if you really wanted to.
During my last night I came back to find the bathroom wall leaking water from the second floor as someone took a shower or bath. So I placed the bathroom trash can underneath to catch it. Again I informed another front desk associate and the response was still the same, a lack of care. I could not wait to checkout of this Hell hole.
