This place is awful. My room had bed bugs which I didn’t know for days. I left after waking up at 4 am to an actual RAT not a mouse in my room. I’m still trying to get a refund as I had to find other accommodations last minute.

Roach motel
The rooms were FILTHY. They had horrible roaches. The rooms were dirty with cigarette burned sheets, stained towels and sheets, dusty dirty floors, etc. I have never felt so dirty in my life. Also, there were so many shady people above us. It was extremely unsafe.

The customer service was excellent but the room did not look like the picture. It’s time for them to renovate everything in the room looked worn out. The tv remote did not work to the tv and the volume was in and out it clearly had a short. The bed was too hard and uncomfortable. I did enjoy the shower it had good strong pressure. The lighting was very dim on the room and the properties surroundings and parking lot is poorly lit and in severe need of maintenance. For the 84.00 that I paid I was very disappointed.

It was horrible. The Dallas police had to be called 3 times (by others). Outlets didn’t work, this was a newly remodeled room and did NOT look like it. Remote didn’t work. Neighborhood was dangerous. Another family fought and threw luggage into the pool from second floor. Our first room had a HEAVY pot odor! Just awful

I’m a low maintenance guy and I can sleep pretty much anywhere, and yesterday I did. When I got into my room I noticed the sheets and pillows and towels looked like they hadn’t even been cleaned. Whether they were stains or dirt it was not a pleasant stay. I’m glad I was traveling with my dad because I don’t think any woman would have wanted to stay there.

This Motel six property is in an amazing location. However, it is very dirty, nasty and smelly. There is deep dirt on door fixtures, lamps, furniture floors, and there’s just grime everywhere. This property and no way represents the corporate brand or the franchise brand of Motel 6 as I have experience all around the country. The pool area is a complete disaster with broken furniture, dirt grime, and trash all over the place. Interior doors all around the property are dirty and grimed. This property is not being cared for, and I think anyone visiting recently should be given a refund due to the low quality offered. Because I could not find anything quickly near my church conference, I had no other choice but to stay the three nights and it did very little good to complain at all because the property is so dirty. Thank you kindly for review of the comments that I have provided. I consider myself a lifetime customer of Motel 6 and I book at Motel six and studio six for short vacation runs and overnights. Thank you.

I tried giving the hotel a chance but when having to park in the back in a sketchy area did not feel safe. Upon entering the room, there were bugs and stains on the bed. Immediate went down and cancelled and stayed somewhere else. There was a homeless man sleeping in front of the hotel. 0/10, not even for a one night stay.
