Cozy and Clean
We stayed at the property when we attended a recent game at AT&T stadium. It was close enough to the stadium to be convenient and we thought it was an excellent value for the nightly room cost. The property was very clean and cozy. Communication regarding checkin and check out was very efficient.

Horrible Experience
Where do I start? We got the property with all these rules posted throughout the duplex, but yet, the place smelled bad, the trash bins were full. No action for days to empty them even though the rules said that they were going to charge us if we did an empty them . But when we got there, they were already full…… next, there was a pubic hair in the bathtub. Gross….. then….. We Did not have Internet for a full day and we needed it to get my husband’s work done. We could not enjoy the advertised back patio because the lawn was not taken care of. The second bathroom bathtub was clogged. They charge me for a pet fee of $150 after explaining to them that we were not going to use it after all, because our pet was going to stay with a relative, they promised to refund, but they never did. Even though I have the messages of their promises to refund… what a scam! I would not recommend this place to anybody. If you are going to post so many rules, you should at least deliver what you promise. .

It was a nice townhouse apartment that was centrally located to everything we did! Great restaurants are located close to it and it is an easy drive to either Ft. Worth or Dallas. We had a nice stay! Thanks

One of the best vacation homes we have been in
This place was very clean, even the toilets were sanitized and has the paper wrapped around the toilet lid to let us know it was sanitized. Very comfortable and quiet. The kids had a blast!!! Will definitely rent this one again!!!
