We decided to stay here after our wedding, the bathroom had plumbing issues. The toilet would not flush nor would the tub drain. In addition, the customer service was not the best at check in. The manager on duty was Sandy.

I’ve been to Dallas many times, but never stayed here. It was my first time at this hotel. Beautiful! I will stay again. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Nice size bathroom. Close to major highways to get around.

Parking sucks, there’s a sign for valet but there’s no valet. Staff weren’t the most professional. They acted like me asking a question was an issue. Unhelpful. Bathroom had mold, inside was a little too cheap for my liking. Definitely my last time.
