Save yourself the money and disappointment and DO NOT STAY at Le Meridien! We had a horrible experience during check-in and ultimately didn't spend the night, even though I lost my prepaid night. It was awful! We arrived close to 5p - when you'd think rooms are ready. We were first sent to a room that had not been cleaned and prepped following the prior guests. The second room toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. The third room smelled like an ashtray mixed with a really disgusting deodorizer - like housekeeping was simply trying to cover it up. We considered sucking it up and staying in the third room, just because we were tired of going back and forth to the unhelpful front desk associate. After several minutes, it was clear the odd smells would not pass. So we left and moved to a different hotel. Horrible service, dirty and unkept property. Never again!

Overall, my stay at Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria was excellent. However, the parking system needs improvement. Despite being tech-savvy, I found the process of using the app to exit the property time-consuming and inconvenient. Additionally, having to pay each time I left the property felt unfair. A set charge for parking would be a much better solution.

DJ ON-SITE
We stayed on New Years Eve. I realixe it was "that" night, but the room next door was having a party with way too many guests in it. That's not the worst part, they had a DJ and the bass thumping (EXTREMLY loud) till 2:30. I called the front desk 3 separate times with security visiting, only for the party to re-engage within 15 minutes after they departed. Needless to say, my wife and I didn't get a comfortable nights sleep. My question is after the 3rd call, why was it allowed to continue??? loud) till 2:30.
