Hotel staff member Stephanie was awesome. Rooms were great - clean and spacious and breakfast was pretty decent. Would stay there again.

Property was well maintained with clean rooms and amenities. Staff was welcoming except this one women at the front desk who was bothered every time i requested something. Politely passive aggressive is how i would describe her. Didn't feel like she was holding the staffs quality standards. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Would stay here again

Check in was great service was excellent. How ever we went to our room and there was an overwhelming smell of mold or paint we could not tell. They did give us another room. But upon looking on the wass behi d the clear decoration there was mold down the wall, then noticed more mold down the inside wall of the closet. It was allover the hanger as well. Breakfast was good an we wa twd to like the hotel but can not overlook the mold issue. I did report it to the desk clerk who said they would have maintenance look at but no apologies and really act as if they cared.

I do not understand why handicap accessible rooms are so far from entrance/elevators etc. It would make more sense to have them close. My room was at the very end of the hotel, a very long walk from elevators.

I've stayed here numerous times over the last couple of years. The staff are always super nice and helpful. My rooms have always been clean and quiet. The pool is nice and indoors. The bar offers mocktails as well as cocktails. Breakfast has multiple options. Usually the hot bar has eggs, bacon, turkey bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and roadted potatoes. There are also multiple waffle makers. Plenty of drink options like milk, chocolate milk, juices, teas, and coffee. I've never had an issue here, and the hotel location is great with a park/playground right next door.

This was one of the BEST hotels we have ever in 42 years had the pleasure of staying in! Friendly service, excellent bed, excellent breakfast, everything clean and smelling fresh! Best pillows ever! Lord's will, we will be back!
