Check all systems before unpacking anything!
The water pressure from the main shower head was practically nothing. The handheld could not be secured. The hairdryer did not work (yes, I did press all the reset buttons). The remote to the TV did not work. When I tried to call the front desk, I discovered that the hotel phone was dead. I did confirm that it was plugged in and connected. I emailed the manager, asking for a slight $ adjustment, and have not heard a peep as of 1/3/25. Return stay therefore cancelled.

In the bathroom the faucet was, very very loose,and the main 🚪 of the room was the same like all upu had to do was push it and you would be in the room with me. I felt uncomfortable with it so I put the chair across so no one can come in without me hearing them.

Tried to book me into the wrong room and then argued with me about it in the phone. Reservation was for a king bed room and tried to make me stay in a room with two queen beds. Fixed problem after complaining and arguing with them. Homeless people staying in cars in the parking lot. Room wasnt clean all the way, surfaces dirty
