It was a fairly clean property, staff was good, Morning breakfast was good. Bathroom door had closing issues. Small bugs, bath tub was slippery

The only thing I didn’t like was our room had a connecting door into the next room and you could hear everything… from them talking, laughing, closing doors, etc., and especially the tv . After we tried to go to sleep around 9:00ish, their tv prevented us from going right to sleep.

In my room my children woke up with bits on them and when we check the beds there were bedbugs on the bed and walls. When we told front desk they switch rooms but a lady named accused me of lying and called her supervisor to verify and when she did she spoke to him in Spanish so I couldn’t understand what she was saying and then told me to make sure I give the correct room number even though I did when I spoke to the supervisor
