They have bed bugs!!! The floors are filthy, the main light in the room didn't work and i waa bit!! I am trying to get a refund. I booked 2 rooms and left. They only wabt to give a refund for one room.

The hotel was fine. The room was a pet room (we had 2 cats, so that's what we wanted), it did smell like urine though. There's an extra fee associated with pets, so those rooms should have regular extra attention- carpet shampooing, furniture cleaning, sanitizing, odor absorbers, etc. The trash cans in those rooms should have lids. The bed was blocked off underneath, which is good. The shuttle service was so-so. No info provided on the website or in communications from the hotel.
