As we walked into register a lady came to the front desk stating she was stuck in the elevator and had the pry the doors open There was never a maintenance check We rode it and it was scary. Half of our party took the stairs

Good place to stay,comfortable and roomy
It was a nice place to stay, creamer and other items not available. The staff looked for it that evening and we were told there was none. Breakfast the next day had an white egg muffin type that was not good. No one in our large group liked it or finished it. . The young man at the desk explained the order had not come in with supplies with a possible delay again. He was very apologetic. I suggested next time if the hotel allows, someone needs to make a trip to the grocery store. Everything else was spot on with the accommodations. Food suggested by staff,Bonnie and Clyde's is a must,large variety. Our group got several different items. Each items was exceptional.

The plumbing in our room wasn't working & we had to call the front desk. Maintenance wouldn't be in until the next morning, so we had to move to another room. This was very inconvenient.
