Great location, clean great service
This hotel has been refurbished fairly recently. The elevators are slow and old. Very small lobby in the front but excellent staff great service and very very clean. Breakfast was good small area to sit so not much space if you want to socialize. Rooms were very, very clean beds. Excellent linens, great and toiletries provided in the shower. Good budget stay

Great stay
This is a great hotel to stay in. It’s in Addison which is 10 minutes from Dallas. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. The maintenance crew are amazing. The elevator is slow but it works. I’d recommend this hotel everytime

Great other than the 1:30am fire alarm going off. After evacuating and returning to our room it continued to go off intermittently for another 30 mins. Other than that, I would have rated it a 5.

I liked the room layout and newly updated, perfect for what I was looking for. However, the are is very noisy outside, it’s right next to apartment complex, you also hear a lot of noise in the hallways and the pipes are loud. Bed was okay but I did notice stains under the sheets. I think the room could have been cleaned better. The check in was fast which is great but they didn’t explain much, had to ask questions, other than that staff is great.

Obviously, this hotel in the process of renovation and overall was a good experience but not great. The elevators are in terrible condition with graffiti scratched into the doors, but there is a sign saying renovation of elevators in October 24. My room was adjacent to the elevator and was noisy.

I really liked how easy the check in process was and was surprised at how good the complimentary breakfast was! I also stayed two nights and they made the beds in between nights with fresh towels. Had a great stay!

This was my first time staying at the Hyatt and I don’t believe I will stay at any other hotel moving forward. My experience was amazing from checking in to the daily housekeeping, breakfast and check out. The hospitality was great! I’m not sure what position Chay is in but she's great and wore a smile each time I seen her. 10/10 recommend
