Clean, friendly hotel!
Check-in was simple and quick; the front desk staff was friendly. We were impressed with our room - it was large, modern, and clean! Tons of outlets and ports for devices. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances one might need. We had a great view of the pond and walking trail behind the hotel. The cleaning staff greeted us every single time they saw us over the three days - that made us feel so welcome! There was a great breakfast in the mornings. (Thank you for having excellent coffee at breakfast and in the room - a necessity whether you’re traveling for fun or for work!) Parking was easy and close to the entry. Well-lit at night and felt safe, especially with the police station just next door. We enjoyed a lovely lap around the complex and saw all the attractions and dining options within walking distance. Checkout was a breeze! Having a noon checkout is a nice and an uncommon luxury. We look forward to having a reason to return to the area so we can stay again!

Overall a good stay. Nice area and clean place. The bed in our room was not good though. My back and sides are hurting now from the bed. It was an uncomfortable sleep. Maybe some of the room have better beds, but ours felt like sleeping on bumpy rocks.

We had a minor issue with the television connection which was immediately checked on. When it was found that they couldn’t correct the issue in a timely fashion we were quickly upgraded. Manager on duty was amazing and called by name the rest of our stay. Best service I can honestly say we have had in some time!

We loved our stay! Rooms were very spacious for our large family. There is so much to do in the area and all within walking distance. My only complaint is the parking. Because it is such a busy and happening area there should be hotel only parking that is not open to the public. On evenings where there were events it was extremely hard to find a parking spot.

First time staying at a Hilton property in many years. We were really impressed at the overall experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order. The entire staff needs a special callout. I wish I had gotten every single persons name to send to Hilton corporate but I didn’t think about it until I left. Front desk to the cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again without hesitation.

Had an amazing time during our 5 days here! Staff was great and kind. Room was beautiful and we were super comfortable. Pool was an awesome way to cool down in the texas heat! It was great for young kids to swim in! Would absolutely stay here again next time we return to texas!
