The hotel and staff at Holiday Inn Express East Plano-Richardson were extremely helpful and made our 5 night stay a breeze. They welcomed our visitors and assisted with providing things I forgot to pack! The cleaning crew worked quickly and quietly, and came back if we weren’t ready for them when they first knocked. I know this hotel will be my new “go-to” in the Dallas/Richardson/Plano area. 😊

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn! The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable. While the location close to the highway was convenient, it was a bit noisy due to the traffic. Despite that, it was an overall great experience, and I would recommend it!

Comfy and would stay again! Great value!
I found the beds to be comfortable & enjoyed the Dove body care products that were available. The breakfast was pretty good as well, just didnt seem to have enough food for everyone, and shut the breakfast down about 10 minutes early.

My room did not have any hot running water. This hotel is located in front of some type of industrial warehouse that emits a constant ringing tone or frequency 24/7. I thought it was only me, but others heard it also. It wasn't the elevator or ice machine, constant ALL NIGHT. The heated pool was not heated, not even a little.

The front desk staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable, Keurig was available for coffee (but you will need to buy water in the downstairs market, or bring your own), parking was available and close, area felt safe, and the breakfast was great. Breakfast was at 6:30am, and had eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, bagels (but no cream cheese), muffins, toast etc, oatmeal and yogurt, coffee, and I'm sure I'm missing some things. The only negative, was that I went to get ice on our floor and the icemaker wasn't working, I didn't check anywhere else, but an out of order sign would have saved me a trip, but honestly wasn't a big deal. I was also able to easily drive a few minutes north to a nice grocery store and get a few things we needed. It was about 20 minutes from UT Dallas. We were here touring apartments and going to college orientation and the location was pretty central to where we were going. I would definitely stay here again.
