This is our 3rd time staying here and it gets better each time. The only down side was they are doing renovations and the bar area was closed off. We really like the bar! We really was looking forward to that!

Overall this is a good hotel. I was disappointed in the service. Felt understaffed. Waited a long time until someone was even at the desk to check me in and when tried calling the front desk from the room, no one would pick up the phone.

Didn’t receive correct room
Stay was great. Very clean for the most part. Bathroom needed a bit of deep cleaning in tub/under sink. The lighting in the bathroom is a dream! The beds are very comfortable. I had a pretty decent balcony view! I originally booked a king bed and when I got to my room it was a double queen after being at a wedding all night I wasn’t going to complain but that’s my only reason for not giving the full 5 stars. If I’m paying $400 for one night I expect to receive the room I originally book.
