Nice room spacious with good views. Parking isn’t the greatest with the parking garage across the street. Staff was great. Location is great and easily accessible to pretty much everything.

Rooms are very clean and exceptionally spacious. View was excellent over the small tree-lined lake. Plenty of space in the double bed room for the baby's portable playpen/crib as well as suitcases. Hall door opens into a small foyer that provides privacy to the sleeping area and the bathroom. Bonus ironing board as well as iron was useful in getting rid of packing wrinkles in shirts and jackets. The closet is relatively small with room for only one suitcase. The atrium restaurant is airy and welcoming and the food is very good to excellent. Problems: Valet staff are pushy about using the portico drive-through. They use their marked lane under the front door portico as well as the lanes for arriving guests not using valet parking. They gave us a hard time about unloading (six people and seven bags) from the SUV for check in on the first day, and again for loading up after check out on our last day. The self-park garage is convenient to a side door and very clean/well lit, but the automatic key readers to enter and exit the garage are unreliable. We were trapped in it once, no one answered the "Help" call phone. Another time they had to station an attendant to code open the exit gate for each car.

The hotel grounds are gorgeous and I appreciate the shuttle to nearby shopping (although I didn't use it). The rooms are also quite spacious and the staff accommodating. I do think that aspects of hotel require updating, and in particular the bathroom. Water pressure of the shower is terrible and toilet appears old.

It was nice until
Hi I wanted to let you know that I had a good stay with you all. I only experienced one issue that I was very unhappy with. At 8PM last night someone tried to come into my room unannounced I had the extra lock on the door which stopped them from coming in thankfully, but when I said hello, they did not say anything back. They did not knock. I made a complaint at the front desk and the lady told me that it probably was housekeeping, trying to make sure the room was empty because they had me scheduled to check out yesterday, but I was supposed to check out today. I did not understand my keys have been working all day. I just came back from the gym 30 to 40 minutes before that it made me very unsettled the rest of the night. I don't see why someone would be checking rooms at 8PM at night and when I said hello not say anything back if it was house keeping and if the room was suppose to empty would they not report to the front desk that it was not.

Hotel is fine but parking is a pain and we were there at the same time as a big church convention. Loud and crowded. Checked out after one night because convention goers were being loud in halls after midnight.
