The fact that they are right there at the airport. The room was also SO quiet for being at the airport. After a 10 hour international flight and not leaving to head home till the next day it was just wonderful. Also I had an issue with the UR code for room service and they were so fast at coming up to give me a new card and walk me through it. The front desk ladies were all wonderful when I was beyond sleep deprived when I arrived. I will for sure stay here again.

Surprised that the rooms aren’t fully soundproof since we’re in the middle of a very busy airport, but it wasn’t bad. Everything else is great, all staff, food, bar. Getting stuck for an unexpected overnight is bad, but glad we had the convenience of not having to go anywhere.
