We didn’t even bring an item in. The smell was horrid. Doorknob fell off The place was filthy. Infilling dirty bath mats! Dead bugs. It’s gross stay away. I am having to do a charge back as no one is taking ownership.

Worst and dirtiest experience ever!
First, I want to say how frustrated I was to be asked to download the Evolve app or that you didn't communicate properly through VRBO. We did not attempt to make contact during our visit because we felt there was no point because there was nowhere else to go. Walking into the house we were smacked with an AWFUL pungent smell that made our eyes water. It was dark when we arrived, so we didn't see the giant sign in the front yard announcing this is a short term rental, which made us feel very unsafe. I'm sure that is some sort of compliance thing, but nonetheless. The toilet in the main bedroom has residual poop in the bowl and under the seat, I looked everywhere for a cleaning agent and there was only a little bleach in the laundry area. The "white" towels had so many grey stains on it, my skin crawled every time I had to use mine. There was an air freshener in every single drawer in the kitchen. The first night my husband went to take a shower, a giant roach came out that he had to kill. The second morning, my daughter moved her sheets and there was a dead roach under the bed. The baseboards all around the house looked like sludge was climbing up the walls. The house was overall just filthy. There were about 5 paper towels left on the roll with no replacement. There was nothing we could clean with ourselves. There was not even coffee. Just unreal.

Comfortable, but needs some work.
The overall stay was nice, but it's quite apparent this house needs a little TLC. We noticed a lot of DIY that could have been done better, but functionally is not a problem. The rooms and beds were nice, but tile in the bathrooms are a death trap when wet. The main complaint was the smell of moth balls as you enter the property. The odor is strong and did not go away all weekend. The place is spacious and has plenty of areas to hang out in.
