The property was very clean, check in was super easy, the room was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was at check in, I was told about breakfast, making it seem as though it was free breakfast, but it was actually breakfast you order at the bar and pay for, I would have preferred he said there is breakfast for purchase or something like that.

Convenient to the ballparks with a trolley stop on site. The bar area is underwhelming but the bartender is not. Caelynn is a skilled bartender. Get the cinnamon pineapple margarita, it’s awesome!

We booked a room from the 7th of August to the 13th of August and they asked us to vacate on the 10th because my son wet the bed after we’ve already paid $XXX for the week and wouldn’t give us a refund on the day’s that we weren’t able to stay! I understand them keeping the deposit, but for the days we paid in advance should be returned to my account! Total rip off! When I asked why I couldn’t get my refund the lady at the counter told me I had to reach out to my third party! I filed a complaint to headquarters and now it’s under investigation! I honestly feel that, that was no reason to tell us to leave! Just simply change the sheets!!! So today I see that my account had been changed ANOTHER $XXX and it’s the 13th of may! At this point they’re trying to steal from me and I left in peace! I’m going to file a lawsuit at this point, because what was the reason for them to try and charge my card for an additional $$$ when I’m still waiting for my refund!!!
