Nice staff and a clean property.
The staff was excellent. I was a little disappointed that there were no towels in the pool area and that you had to go to the lobby for ice. The hotel is clean and the breakfast offering was nice.It was great to have a seating area with a TV. The extra room was appreciated.

This Fairfield is a cookie-cutter copy of others I have been in - clean, comfortable, fairly well appointed. What made this one stand out was the Assistant Manager Andrew James; he provided excellent service! We were in town for a funeral, and while he couldn't get us a room early he did offer us a small conference room that we could change in (we arrived on a red-eye flight). He was kind, professional, and friendly and made this difficult day as easy as he could.

It was a wonderful stay. The property and room was very clean. The pool was also very clean and we had a great swim. The staff was nice and helpful. For breakfast, they had individual quiches and breakfast sandwiches with other options. The location is great, sharing a parking lot with a nice QT with everything you could possibly want around you. There were plenty of other guests staying and we had a quiet night. No complaints.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, we stayed here 2 days for a concert and it was fast check in, very clean. The breakfast had a lot of options. Very close to a lot of shopping g and eating options!! Great place to stay in Dallas.
