Unable to take a hot bath.
Had to ask for a bath tub stopper. This was missing last visit. I will purchase my own stopper for next visit. Staff really nice. Food okay.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, very pleasant and her customer service was excellent. Didn't get her name when I checked in and love the faxt she asked me about being Hilton rewards member.

Service was excellent and breakfast was excellent aa for the room I expected more nicer rooms since is was the Embassy but was shocked because that lobby was very nice but when entered the room i was not impressed it was out dated ac wasn't working to well it seem at one point it was a nice hotel but it just need some updates

They had an indoor pool which is great, but the chlorine or bleach they use in it is way too strong. As soon as you open the door to the pool area, the smell hits you. We were only able to stay in there about 30 minutes because the smell was burning our eyes.

Had a leaking ceiling in the bathroom, there was some kind of loud thumping noise coming from the AC unit in the ceiling in the kitchen area. We killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. Not what I expected from a Hilton brand hotel.

Friendly staff, could use some more help
Staff was very friendly but I had to ask 3 times for a working pull out sofa on the first night, found out later they had replaced the couch in the room next door. Called for more towels after housekeeping had clean and taken away used towels, but ended up going to the front desk about 30 minutes later to follow up. Again, folks were very friendly and accommodating, if understaffed. The bartender was friendly enough but really wanted to spend more time on his phone than pouring drinks.

This was the cleanest and nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall the stay was fine. There are few things that need to be addressed 1 the exterior handle on the shower door was missing 2 the room had a slight smell of mold 3 the was a leak by the window in the bedroom that had a spongy texture to the ceiling that could account for the mold smell 4 the mattress could use a upgrade. 5 room service would be nice 6 light bulbs were out. 7 was also surprised by the charge for parking when a car is required for navigating to the hospitals (which is why we stayed at that location) We did only book at this hotel last minute because our other reservation the elevator was inoperable, I did appreciate the speed that the elevator made it to the 7th floor when called The cleaners did do a great job of cleaning. The waiter in the bar during happy hour was very helpful and efficient. And the front desk clerk was very helpful in meeting our request for room placement.

Nice place but need maintenance.
No tub plug to take a bath. Lamp next to bed has wiring problems. It kept flashing. Sink in bedroom had problems draining water as the plug could've be lifted. Ive been here before and didn't have any problems. I would still come back.

Embassy Suites is one of my favorite Hilton properties. This is my second stay at this hotel in a year, The elevator was broken during both of my stays. The first stay was in July and the second stay September. Thought the elevator would be working.

Big downer was the $20 parking fee for guest. Nothing special about the parking (not covered/ minimal handicap spots). During hotel events, no "guest" parking differential so paid parking becomes "wherever" parking with no guarantee in a totally full lot.
