It was the worst stay and should get a full refund. There was an incident two doors down, a shooting or beating. The whole place was surrounded with cops and it was police taped where we couldn’t get in our room. Finally we were able to get in about 2:30 am. The staff were rude and not accommodating. A refund would suffice!!

They did not have enough employees to check in with. They have a pretty open area on the first floor. Not enough parking. Not easy to drive in and out. The hotel was full and not organized. Rooms were ok and not as clean as we expected. They need to improve security and safety. They need more employees during these super busy days. A huge fight occurred and the hotel was very slow to respond and call the police. The indoor pool was very cold and we could not find anyone to help. The employees were kind and friendly but they were overwhelmed. Thank you

This property is not what is pictured online. The room had a musty smell, we heard water running all night, we also had a view of all the ACs on top of the unit and it was a mess with trash all over. The bathroom had paint bubbling and when you showered you can see wet spots on the ceiling. I was very disappointed

Beautiful hotel. Very good customer service. The room had some items that needed repair. Sheets were dirty and white towels were stained. Breakfast ran out of food, soda, and closed before 10am. Seems a bit run down. All elevators not working.

The stay was awful! The man receptionist was very rude. The parking garage is like a dungeon and full of water. Parking is horrible. The breakfast was horrible. Loud people and noise throughout the night. You hear running water through the night. You hear everything above you. I would not stay at this room again.
