Hotels.com did not confirm my reservation, and when i called their customer service they said i did not have a room reserved. So i purchased a different hotel on another place. A week befor my stay, i received an email from Hotels.com telling me they are SO looking forward to my stay. Weeken i tried to check in through my phone, the website did not work!!!

Overall it was good nothing to complain about. Elevators were a little slow but only issue I can think of. Breakfasts offered were great and happy hour is a great benefit. They allowed up parking in the ramp at no charge this time which was great.

Nice Hotel, the included breakfast is great! Walking distance to large mall, a sports bar and steakhouse restaurant. Plenty of uber drivers in the area. Staff friendly and attenative. Great place to stay! Go Cats!!

I never got my room cleaned the whole time I was there for my 5 day stay! I let management know and all she did was say they marked the room as cleaned??!!! Are you kidding me! Do not book this hotel!!!

Omg! In celebrating my wife's birthday for NYE, this was a very great hotel. We had the balcony suite, amazing view. The receptionist were so pleasant to us. Restaurants are close by within a mile or two. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This property seems to be in need of a complete remodel. Most of the floor tiles in the lobby are seriously cracked. A lot of ants on the floor. Our room had dirty sheets and trash on the floor. The maid didn’t even knock when entering. The room needed a very serious deep cleaning. Overall completely unimpressed.
