Fantastic service. Only needed the card to get in the door from the garage and the room. No staff in sight late night hours, but otherwise was a fantastic stay. Beds were clean and incredibly soft and comfortable.

All of the staff was amazing! The food was good along with the offerings. My only concern is that we all started sneezing in the room. The carpet may need to be cleaned.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We found the staff to be very friendly, the breakfast was good and the rooms very comfortable. Would love to stay here the next time we are in Frisco.

I've stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it each time. My only small issue is parking. Their street level parking is limited, so you have to go under the hotel to park. That is just a little bit scary for a single woman late at night, which is when I usually get to the property.
