The hotel was very clean and nice. Had to move two times because TV did not work. The attendant was very helpful but very busy. She gave me the number to try and get it fixed. Did not work so had to move rooms. Everything was good . Will stay again

I love the lobby, very cool. Love the safety if the elevators.. requiring a key card to access the floors is so important! The only thing I didn’t like is that one of my towela had makeup on it which means it wasn’t cleaned so I wonder what else wasn’t clean. Still overall beautiful and would go back.

The staff was well trained and gracious however our room had electrical issues (lights wouldn’t work). The front desk person promptly moved us to another room on the same floor however, we had the same issue with a couple of the other fixtures and sockets. Despite the electrical issues, the staff was kind and attentive. However, it would have been nice to have had our stay discounted because of the inconvenience.

Our overall stay was nice and we enjoyed the convenience of the fridge and dishes in our room. 2 things would have been helpful: there was no shelf or hook in the shower to hang the wash rag or put a razor or loofah. Something inside the shower would have been helpful. Also a covered area to pull up to unload/load. It was raining when we arrived and had to navigate unloading and opening the side door with our key in the rain.

VERY nice and clean hotel with friendly/knowledgeable staff! The access/availability to the elevators and stairs was very close to our room, which we had double queens wheelchair accessible, and made everything convenient. Our room alone was spacious with farm door to the restroom, kitchenette, full fridge, automated black out/shade curtains…overall very accessible to us wheelchair folks. The layout and ease of the hotel was very thought out so kudos to whomever planned that out. It seemed to served a purpose and intentional to fit the consumer (whether solo travel or family) very well everywhere you turn in the hotel. Restrooms and laundromat near the lobby. Also have complimentary coffee in the room and near lobby as well! There’s also restaurants right in front within walking distance. 1000+ out of 10! Overall, highly enjoyed our stay and will return!
