We ended up sleeping in the airport because we made several attempts to call for the hotel shuttle with no answer. Wait...one time they did pick up the phone then promptly hung up.

Lady on the front desk was very rude. When I said that I wanted to check in she looked me up and down and told me that they had no rooms. Then after I told her I already had a booking she looked angry. Gave me my room key and no information or even tell me how to get to my room. I had a jacuzzi room and the tub was in the lounge room. But was still nice. Probably wouldn't book here again.

WIFI Internet didn't work in my room. I could not finish my work and had to check out next day morning. All hotel front desk could do is restart the router a few times in middle of night which didn't help.

I'd say this wasn't what we expected for the cost; the hotel was not very clean and the room was worst, it even had things from previous guests, we found a couple of bugs, the couch full of stains and looked very dirty, the toilet had a leak and kept doing noise all night. Includes airport shuttle, for going to the airport we waited only like 2min but for getting there from the airport we waited almost an hour for the shuttle services to pick us up. This was a last-minute booking but I honestly do not recommend staying here even it's "cheap".

I tried to call them over 3 hours to get the shuttle to picking me up from the airport and they kept on hanging up on me then they send the shuttle an hour later...super loud noise all night from the rooms next to me..... room was so cold couldn't find a way to warming the room ..... after 3 hours of sleeping i went to take the shuttle which is at least comes early on time there was no breakfast and they said it'll be packed for us in the morning but there was nothing and the counters person didn't even tried to respond i spent 60$ for 3 hours and half in a room i could have stayed in the airport better i really regret booking that hotel

We couldn’t sleep the whole night while staying at the hotel waiting to fly. There was a man who could just opened our locked door after knocking a couple times. It was a shock. Also, there were a group of people who stayed next to our room partying whole night with extremely loud music. We also heard children yelling, shouting, adults laughing like crazy in the middle of the night like 12-2am. We even heard something like a gun shoot but not sure. It was a nightmare.

Please do not go by looks of the photos being posted. The room size are smaller than I have ever seen and I travel quite a bit for both personal and work. The information being shared by the hotel staff was not clear. The shuttle service that they brag about is third party which mean they do not control it. It is shared by bunch of hotels together. I was waiting at the airport for more than 45 mins (I was informed 5 to 30 mins time for shuttle) and finally some other shuttle was kind enough to give me a ride. Fortunately, I stayed only one day and I am glad it was just one day but would not recommend anyone.
