Hotel was not anything how it was described booking through hotels.com. This is such a disappointment. We came in at 1am from a delayed flight and had to leave this crappy hotel to find another. It was in no way up to code with health standards. Roaches everywhere, homeless people all around. Very unsafe

Wasn’t the worst night of my life but not good either … AC barely blew, me and my kids were sweating like crazy hot as hell. they claimed all the rooms were booked when trying to get another room I felt so bad for my kids it was all we could afford at the moment. The night staff was rude and did not care at all. I didn’t see any roaches which was great. That smell of the room left a stench on my blanket though ugh

beds were uncomfortable there was a huge dent on one side and for their fitted sheet was just a flat sheet, the room smelled thank god i had my air freshener, and the toilet didnt really flush well, and the extra door lock didnt really look secure

I had a very unpleasant experience here. I checked in and found the room to be in disarray. Water was all over the floor from the AC unit. The walls were yellowed as if people had been smoking in there. The comforter on the bed had holes and stains. The curtains had holes that were repaired with tape. The walls in the bathroom were peeling. Overall it was a very dirty room that was in serious need of repairs. I went to the front desk to check out because I did not want to stay there. I expressed that the room was in poor condition and I asked about a refund. To which I was told I could not get a refund for my three night stay because I had occupied the room for 1 hour. There was no offer to rectify the situation. It was just a general “oh well” attitude that I got from the man working there. I went to stay at the Embassy Suites instead. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be contacting Expedia to see about a refund

Rude & Incompetent Reception Staff
*Stay away from this place* The receptionists bang on the table with their fist, to get your attention through the bullet-proof glass screen. They use vulgar and loud language, ‘HEY YOU PAY ATTENTION’ Extremely rude! They deceptively force you to pay extra money to check into a room earlier than the guaranteed check-in time. Worse, they may you pay a damage deposit. The receptionist in the morning, extremely rude, claimed there was no record of me staying in the assigned room, and refused to give me the name of the guest who stayed in the room or investigate. Extremely incompetent so I did not get my deposit back. Lucky for him, I wanted to get out of the disgusting and dated hotel. The whole area was sketchy with what looked like drug dealers and prostitutes all over the back parking lot. So I was more preoccupied with not getting mugged than getting my deposit back.

The motel is a dump. The room is moldy, toilet tank broken, bathtub is filthy. The whole place is a dump. I actually did not stay in that motel. I left immediately but the owner refused to refund me so I just left without getting my money back.

There is a $20 early check-in fee that we were not aware of. We had to ask for an extra cup and a roll of toilet paper. The blankets were very thin, the tv only had one station that only played one show. The only one that had some sense and wasn’t rude was the younger teller.. The older one was rude and seamed restless
