I made a reservation with breakfast included and I still had to pay $40 for a breakfast for two. The description showed there was a bar but there isn’t. Those were the two reasons why I booked this hotel and none of them were available. Only one person was working the kitchen so it took almost 30 minutes to get my food.

Hey, I would like a full refund for my stay. The shower was clogged up and my sheets were dirty. I did not enjoy my experience at this hotel. I only stayed one night. It was terrible. Please help. Thanks.

Great experience
The room was clean, the air conditioner worked very well and the rate included breakfast which was very good! The pool view was ok but next time we hope to get a better courtyard view because it was very pretty and relaxing. We’ll be back soon!

Cool and cozy
Nice and clean place to stay. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to look for a item in the store I was needing. AC in the halls and common areas did seem to struggle a bit but the room was very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.
