Everything was great;,however, upon checking in our room had a wet, musty smell. After running the air for a while, it balanced out, but not completely leaving.

We booked a room with a walk in shower., On arrival we were told they do not have them. What are we supposed to do when we book a room clearly stating on your site it had walk in showers. Unacceptable

Outdated Rooms and Broken Elevator: A Frustrating
I stayed at this hotel last night, and unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The room had old, worn-out furniture, and the carpet had an unpleasant smell. To make things worse, the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly, which made the shower quite uncomfortable. The worst part was being assigned a room on the third floor, only to find out that the elevator wasn’t working. This meant hauling everything up and down the stairs—definitely not what I expected after a long day of travel. Overall, the stay was far from enjoyable, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless some serious updates are made.

I ended up having to stay over night in Dallas because I missed a flight. I decided to get a reasonably-priced and well-rated hotel room near the airport. This place fit the bill, and was very convenient. Nice staff, clean place, good gym and pool.

Elevator not working. Had to bump my baggage down 1 flight. (I am 85 yrs. old ). Also was told shuttle to airport wd leave at 5 am. Actually left at 5:10. I had a flight leaving at 6:10 so every minute counted

Hotel was decent. Room was ok. Basic and tv lil out dated. The lady that works evenings was sweet and helpful. Room service brought fresh towels and took the trash out mostly for a "cleaning "

Not a safe environment! Parking lot had signs everywhere posted “ PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK “. Why would anyone stay and pay money to stay a hotel that has these signs everywhere???????? Pictures online do not reflect how ruin down the building is.

Stayed for one night (early flight next morning)...hotel was clean, quiet & safe, not the most up to date but definitely not a motel 6. Best parts were it was a 5-10 min drive from the airport, they let you park your vehicle for a few that is cheaper than parking at DFW terminal, & they provide shuttle service to & from DFW.

never again.....
It was a very unpleasant experience, the staff was very rude, the room should have been non-smoking, and it smelled very bad, we asked for another one and it smelled like marijuana, we reminded them that we needed the non-smoking room for the children and they did not respond that that was what they had and if not we should go somewhere else. Of course we canceled and had to look for another hotel. a very bad experience
