Front desk manger very rude during check in and check out. Rude on very basic questions in regard to Wi-Fi and check out receipt he is yet to send me receipt via email, he had charged me more than the reservation by Expedia. Breakfast not much option there was not much available by 8:30am, staff not helpful at all. Little after check In I get a text there won’t be any room service if need any thing text us on this number. AC was very noisy hard to rest in the type of noise coming from it. Mice were also running around at night. Service people also can’t speak English or understand what I’m asking for. So this place is running a scam! Very terrible experience!

Upon arrival place reek filthy and while checking in room service deask was unhelpful. I used the side entrance to go into my room the door was latch open by rock and foil. Then once reached room the door was open people running around the room next door yelling and cussing i talked with fr9nt desk he showed no concern or care for helping fix the issues we left the property immediately.

The transportation was very punctual and dependable. It saved us cost of Uber/Tax. Staff was very friendly and accommodative. They even gave us extra comforters because we were five adults.

The staff is fantastic and super helpful. The property is well maintained, but could use some updates and extra cleanliness in the bathrooms. The layout of the suite was excellent for traveling with my family.

Upon arrival i was told the room i had booked wasn't available because the ac wasn't working. They couldn't just give me a different room bc i had 5 people (2 adults 3 kids) on my reservation and the rooms they had only allowed to be booked for 4 people. So they said they were going to cancel my reservation and that i would be refunded throughout Hotels.com then asked me to rebook and pay again. Its been a few day and no refund. Just one big mess. Besides that..room was good, elevator stopped working and pool was opened until midnight so my kids were happy about that.

NEVER AGAIN
The room didn't look like the pictures, the elevator was out the first day here and we had to go up 4 flights of stairs. The room had an odor and the floor in the bathroom was sinking in about to fall through and the water in the bath tub was backing up every time we showered. The last day there, they were out of towels. For breakfast Sunday morning there was a dead roach in the corner. I will never come back nor will I recommend it to anyone.

When i arrived i notice the hotel policy paperwork was already signed with my name. I immediately asked who signed my name prior to me arriving and the agent started yelling at me. I explained to him thats against the law and he replies o well call the owner. Room where in really bad condition and smelled like mildew very limited towels. We were told not to eat in the rooms during breakfast. Building is very tired and needed a complete renovation.
