We checked in with my service animal and even though I had already notified them the man was dry rude, to include taking me that myself and my service animal could only enter and exit through the back door of the facility. Once in my room there was what appeared to be blood. I called the front desk - no answer. Called the Choice Hotels line, they called and notified them of the issue and said they should be fixing it. They never cleaned it, called, apologized - nothing. Worst Comfort Suites I have ever started at.

Staff were wonderful and patient. I needed to extend my booking and they had no problem helping me get another night in the same room. Rooms were also very clean, parking was spacious, and the location did not seem sketchy at all.

It was okay. They had a beyond strong cologne smell in the entire hotel. It was so strong you could taste it. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom curtains falling apart stains in the window curtains. Breakfast was a joke. They has one type of cereal only. The juice machine was out of everything.

Be aware!

The front desk clerk assumed that I was a prost***** because of the way I was dressed. I was in Dallas for the Glorilla concert and of course I was showing skin but not the point where I thought I would be labeled as a prost*****. I did not receive an apology for this at all. I was with my boyfriend and he assumed that the room was booked under his name but I booked it. He told me and my boyfriend I was not allowed at the hotel because it’s for families. I booked the room in my name not my boyfriend so just imagine how I felt at 1 am when he came to my room saying that. He also disabled my room keys, so I had to go to the front desk at 5 am after getting back from the club to get them reprogrammed to my room. I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel due to that. I would not recommend due to it being a high prost***** area.

There is a strip joint across the street, which wasn’t that scary or bad until that night when there was obvious prostitution happening out front on Monday night 8:30 pm. Cops showed up to escort the girls away. Tried to walk to the gas station at 10pm got a block away from the hotel. An SUV pulled up, smoke pouring out of the windows, and asked if I needed a ride. I’m 45, with 3 kids, slightly overweight and ugly. Apparently this place is so rampant with sex workers passersby suspect even the lumpy ones.
