Book this place!!!!!!!!!
We loved this place by far our favorite rental… when i say clean the place was spotless and smelled great. Very homy.. cozy… and a nice balcony view. Bed an soaf very comfy, and the plave was stocked with all sorts of necessities. I would definitely give 10 stars if i could. Host was great with communication and made sure everything was perfect for my visit!!!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
On arrival the unit smelled horrible of cheap pine cleaner and pot, or some kind of smoke. The pine cleaner found under the sink doesn’t even advertise as being a disinfectant. The floor felt nasty, and the carpet and rugs had animal hair on them. We purchased multiple cleaning supplies including a better mop to get things livable. There was urine all over the toilet and hair on the bathroom floor in multiple places. The countertop in the kitchen had handprints and dried food or something smeared on it in multiple spots. The furniture at this apartment is a joke. I'm assuming the “owner” got it down the hallway when someone was evicted. The unit had one full size bed that was as hard as a rock. No headboard, bed skirt or anything nice about it. No dresser or chest for clothing. No hangers in the closet, and multiple normally supplied kitchen items not included. There is no TV in the bedroom, and an old TV in the living room leaning against the wall with a scratched-up screen. The list goes on and on of what is wrong with this unit. We got an eviction notice during our stay addressed to the people renting it through VRBO. The internet was slow and unreliable, and we kept getting error messages that the at&t account needed immediate attention. The owner said she would keep us updated then got mad when we asked for a follow-up days later. Check in and out times did not match between listing info provided. 2AM false fire alarms! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!

I did not receive the email with the instructions on how the access the property all I received was an email of the address of the very large apartment complex, that the apartment was on the 4th floor, no apartment number and the Wifi code. I looked everywhere email, email spam, text messages nothing. Went on the vrbo website from the email I did receive to contact property manager nothing, it said could not be found. After walking around the complex and the gates multiple times looking crazy for an hour I got into the complex, someone let me in the gate but that did me no good without the apartment number. I started feeling like I was scammed, thought about that every hefty deposit I had to pay and I really started panicking like yeap I got bamboozled. Then I finally downloaded the app and I was able to contact the property manager and she texted me and walked me through how to get in. Once I got in about 2 hours after I had arrived the place was cute and served it purpose. So the take way is download the vrbo app for property manager contact.
