Very nice unit. Good wifi, comfy beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Close to farmer's market! We felt somewhat unsafe in the isolated area with a lot of homeless people milling about. The building itself had a very odd unpleasant odor to it although the unit itself did not.

Nice open space, but *not* a 3BR as advertised
No major complaints, other than that this was advertised as a "3 bedroom." Unless you count a small bed hidden behind a curtain in the kitchen/living room, this is a 2-Bedroom. One of our group ended up sleeping on the floor.

Be careful with Amyfinehouse properties
The check-in process was horrible. Amyfinehouse rents these apartments and re-rents them, I found this out after we couldn't get into the building or our apartment. The ap used required information in order to get the codes needed for entry to the building and to the apartment. We had multiple issues that required emails, messages, and phone calls to gain access. The apartment was ok, we really needed a place to sleep, that was the mail focus. The cleaning company left all of the dirty bedding and bathroom items on the floor, which they eventually picked up. Our stay was for three days with five people. We were given 6 washcloths for that time period.. We went to wash them and the detergent was empty. It was easier to walk to 7-11 and buy detergent so we could have clean washcloths.

This loft is really nice. The location was perfect for what we needed, but it is downtown and with that comes a different outside environment. My contact was VERY patient with me when trying to use the entrance codes.

Awesome Dwelling
This condo was so spacious, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. There were 6 adult women staying here and we NEVER felt like we were on top of each other. When we had an issue with one of the toilets it was quickly fixed. I would absolutely stay here again! This apartment is in downtown Dallas, so if you are uncomfortable with homeless people being nearby then this may not be a place for you.

16th Birthday Trip
We stayed for my niece’s 16th birthday trip. The loft was great and I feel like the pictures accurately represented the property. The valet parking was an amazing amenity. The property was well equipped with the things we needed for our stay. The property manager was very attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Great location and a very helpful staff
This is a great location and makes it very easy when you are having events downtown. I highly recommend using the QR code they send you for entrance into the building, as the process is not hard but it is a little difficult to explain through email, I would stay here again. The staff is very helpful and responsive when needed.

I would highly recommend this property. We had a great time. customer service was 10/10. However the listing said it would sleep 8 but that was not 100% accurate. There is a common bed area that sleeps two. they did have an air mattress that only fit one and a couch that was not a futon. I would say this comfortably fits 6. and 7 with the air mattress.

We enjoyed the place very much. The only 2 things to complain about was I believe the valet supervisor was not very friendly and Saturday evening the neighbors were very loud and some of our guests were unable to sleep!
