Hot water went out on Friday evening while wanting to shower before going out. Pool chase chairs were horrible. Totally trashed mesh fabric. About 3/4 of them looked like the pictures included.

Pros: Convenient location, nice rooms. Coffee was good. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Cons: Landscaping was in big need of a refresh. Carpets in common areas were dirty. Pool furniture was absolutely worn out, lots of holes in several chairs and loungers. Would definitely stay again, but owners need to invest some money back into the property.

The staff members I encountered during my stay were exceptional. They ensured I had everything I needed and were eager to assist with any questions I had. The room was immaculate upon check-in, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. The pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel added a touch of luxury and made the stay even more enjoyable. The modern amenities and comfortable bedding made for a relaxing and restful experience. Additionally, the hotel's common areas were well-maintained and stylishly decorated, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The on-site dining options were delicious and convenient, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, my stay at the AC Galleria was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The only area of concern that I had was the shower and the cleanliness. There was some hair in the shower and that was an easy fix, however, I hope the housekeeping staff pays more attention to detail for the next guest as the shower is the first thing that I look at and it was not the best.

The dining option at the hotel was a 1 out of a 10. Outside of that everything else was amazing the staff was great. Parking was on site for a flat rate. The room was extremely clean. From the shower all the way down to the windows. I’m looking forward to going back but would definitely skip eating on site.
