Está ubicada a pocos metros de Rancho Claro y las playas del Carmen. Tiene piscina, mesa de billar y cancha para fútbol 6.

Es una casa tradicional con 3 habitaciones internas y una externa, sala, comedor, cocina, cuarto de servicio con baño. Dentro de la casa hay 3 baños, incluyendo el del servicio, y en la parte exterior, la habitación con dos camas dobles tiene baño propio con ducha eléctrica.
