We renamed this hotel Seaweed Hotel. There was very little maintenance on it. The washand basin was cracked and the tap was loose. The sun was fierce in the morning and the air conditioning could not cope. Breakfast was the poorest we have had. Usually the standard is very high.

Great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Room was spacious and we had a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast was average. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean lovely and clean.

Nice staff but loud
The staff were really nice and the hotel is clean, but loud music from the bar next door was a big problem at night. Also could not access the rooftop area which was disappointing.

Don't bother going there
Got to the hotel in a taxi, was shocked at outside, went to the room, which was small, bed was hard as stone, found a pair of mans underpants in the wardrobe, the sink was badly cracked. The pictures on the website were not for that hotel they were for the other White Sands hotel. Nightmare!. I didn't stay I checked out and went somewhere else. I lost money but couldn't stay there!

Good WiFi. Awesome breakfast. Good service. Bad room, smells moldy. It was raining a lot when we were staying there and it was leaking in. The floor was soaking completely and they had no effort giving ous a new room. Overall, all right to stay here.

Modern and within walking distance to My Khe Beach
Hotel is modern. Loved the monsoon shower and other in-room facilities. Literally a 3 minute walk to My Khe Beach which beautiful, clean and perfect for surfing or swimming or if you just want to eat along the beach.

Basic hotel, musty underlying smell so they try to hide it by pumping cinnamon into the bedrooms which gets a bit nauseating. Hard bed, small room (although we did book one of the cheap rooms), one plug outlet in the room. Breakfast was chicken, fried eggs with rice or plain eggs, coffee was charged extra. No buffet options at all. Quiet bit helpful staff, they printed our boarding passes for us at no cost. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity, next door bar is cool and they love foreigners! Short walk to beach and beach library.

Clean Hotel, Close to the Beach
The hotel seems newer, & is in nice condition. The room was clean & quiet. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach but the location is not convenient for walking into the city center or seeing the dragon bridge. If you don't mind taking a taxi or walking far or even seeing the city then it is a nice place to stay. The check in process is much different then the rest of my experience in Vietnam, it is much more American, with no welcome beverage & no map or explanation of the area the hotel is located.

The rooms are big enough but the bathroom has a very bad design. The drains drain very slow so the floor will be wet after taking a shower. Only one LED light in the bathroom is not enough. The breakfast style changes each day. On one day there was only noodle soup. Then we had the choice between 4 items and on other day there was a buffet. Pho was ok, the rest not so much. There is not much around the hotel except a few restaurants.

Average hotel: but location for beach
Hotel situated 2 minutes from beach. The outside of hotel looks new, but not the inside. Rooms are spacious and quite clean. The bed is hard as a board. When you take a shower the water seeps all over the floor, it doesn't drain well and the shower door is not leek proof. Breakfast is very ordinary and sits at room temperature. The coffee is only served cold and there is no milk (only condensed milk. Luckily you can ask for eggs and soup. However, they pit hot hot sauce on the eggs( so ask without if that's how you like them). Staff generally do not speak or understand English.

Hotel shows sign of age as wood floor is heavily scratched. Bed is VERY HARD as I experienced back pain the day after. Elevator is quite dirty from construction dust and dirt.

Great value for money.
New hotel so very nice condition. Staff kept rooms clean, although cinnamon cleaning product a little strong. Few choices for breakfast, but good. Buffet was full of flies so avoided. Little English skills for all staff, but could get by. Very near beach and many restaurants. Beds very hard, but I have found this typical of most Vietnamese hotels.

Great value for the money, close to the beach.
This was our fifth hotel in DaNang and our second on the beach. The hotel is newly built so is still quite nice. The rooms are spacious (for Vietnam) and clean. Breakfast was limited, but as good as any other hotel. I did like that both rooms had windows (not always a given in Vietnam hotels). The only thing that really bothered me was the bed. I find that beds in Vietnam, especially in cheaper hotels, are rock hard. This makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The beach is close to the hotel and many restaurants are within walking distance.

on arrival the receptionist could not find our booking,we showed her the emails etc then she said she had a room. we unpacked then found that the shower door would not open, the glass caught on the floor. The television was broken and there was no hot water. They decided to change our room,nobody offered help,so we had to pack to move,wasting time. As it was late we decided to eat in hotel. Restaurant closed for remodelling. breakfast rubbish stale bread roll,half cooked eggs,bikes broken, staff attitude,surly. computer broken,wifi poor. To sum up, We in all honesty could no recommend this establishment,it may be better next year after the rebuilding and in the main part of the season but not now. Sorry but they need to get their act together.

Nice hotel short walk to the beach
The hotel is overall is fine. It is new and stuff doing its best. But unfortunately it was July high season and it was full with families with children, so it was very noisy!!! I have to contact the reception in the middle of the night to calm down its guests! I would not recommend this hotel for people who want to have quiet stay. This is a family hotel!!!
