Staff was nice, breakfast was great. A little loud at night because of the clubs on the beach, but not too loud. We did end up losing a wash cloth we used on an excursion. They ended up charging us $2 for it no big deal, but since they decided to charge us for that they missed out on the $5 tip we give the front desk.

View was great. Service is great too. Overall the hotel is pretty good in all aspects. Just that the air conditioning is not cold at all. The experience will be much better if the air conditioning is cold enough. Temperature of the air conditioning is set at 16 to 20 degrees throughout because no matter how we adjusted the controller, it still feels like 25 degrees in general. The control to the air conditioning did not affect the room temperature at all. it feels like its a fixed controlled temperature through out the whole building itself. Can be exceptionally hot in summer when you just have a fun day at the beach under the hot sun.

Fantastic hotel right across the street from the beach. Pool on the 22nd floor is really nice. We stayed in rooms that faced the ocean. Staff is super friendly and very helpful organizing tours. Big shout out to the bellhop Long who organized a great tour for us to Khe Sanh, Vinh Moc and Ben Hai.
