Amazing experience and service. We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before. Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort away from hustle and bustle. Property is very well maintained and has great amenities! Highly recommend the stay here😊

This is a lovely hotel that’s only a 10 minute walk to the old town. The pool and spa facilities are great. The staff were lovely and really helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

I would definitely recommend this property. The resort is beautifully set-up, with all facilities and good rooms (stayed in Junior Suite). The key downside is that this is a 20 to 25 minute walk from the main area and the hotel shuttle runs at very limited intervals. The 3 separate pools are excellent and staff is very helpful. The breakfast was good and had variety and the team was superb. The only cons for my stay were that: 1. There was not separator between the shower area and room in one room (in our second room there was a sheer curtain). 2. The sheets though clean, had a lot of stains.

Paradise Oasis in heart of the Old Town
WOW WOW WOW! What a hotel, a beautiful oasis on the edge of Hoi An old town. We arrived to Sang’s welcome greetings and to be upgraded as they knew a big birthday was coming up.. the room really was something special, French decor and great eye to details, I think the top suite in the hotel and the views to the sunset and paddy fields impress. The highlight was Sang Nguyen, from recommendation to even spotting my heat rash and giving a local remedy! Thanks Sang and the team, a real highlight of the trip! C & K

A lovely hotel about 15 mins walk from Old Town. A great room, comfortable bed and great jacuzzi bath. First hotel of the trip with refillable toiletries and glass bottles for the water. Would love to stay longer!
