Ahhhh this hotel is amazing!!! I love everything. The property is beautiful with all the green and flowers, pool area well maintained, breakfast is delicious with a variety. A special note for the staff that is amazingly helpful.

We had such a great time at this hotel! The hotel and room were super clean. The pool area was beautiful. The location was superb. All of the staff were super accommodating, friendly, and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel!

What a beautiful hotel to stay at. The staff were amazing. Rossie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with plans and even brought us watermelon juice in the pool with fresh fruit. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety and very high quality. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. Loved our stay here. A 10/10 for sure.

Great Small Hotel. Super Staff!!
My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Hoi An Central Hotel. Our experience was fantastic! The hotel is a short walk from the ancient city, so very convenient to everything you want to visit. The hotel was super clean and the rooms all looked recently updated. I cannot say enough about the staff though. They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were having a great time. When a tour cancelled without notice, they immediately came to the rescue and set us up with a new tour without missing a beat. This is a great option for a small local hotel. We loved Hoi An, and the hotel was a large part of why we enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you to all of the staff. My husband loved the bag of candy you packed up for him at check-out! Small details matter!

I booked this hotel at short notice, and I’m so glad I did as it turned out to be the best Hotel on my extended trip to Southeast Asia. As they were not fully booked that night I was given a free upgrade, which I was very grateful for. I got a complimentary drink on arrival and information about the local area and places to visit. I needed to get some stamps on the post office and was offered the hotel bicycle to go and get them as it wasn’t really walkable. Fantastic complementary breakfast and so relaxed in the garden area by the pool. What way to start the day!

A French colonial property, refreshed with modern conveniences. Room size is decent for where it is within the Old Quarter. Front desk staff and all hotel staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us. Would return for longer stay.

Lovely staff members, beautiful spacious and clean room. Air con works perfectly for a very hot and humid climate. Highly recommend allowing the hotel to book your taxi cab from and to the airport as they charge a fair price. Do not jump into a random cab from the airport as they will take advantage and over charge you. The hotel will even book tours for you. Highly recommend!

Old world charm.
Excellent service from the lovely staff in this beautifully kept hotel. Breakfast was delicious, linen tablecloths were changed between set of guests and nothing was too much trouble. Loved this place.

Fantastic location with easy walk to Old town and night markets and convenience stores and great bakery nearby. Our room was decent size with a large walk in bathroom and rainfall shower which was delightful after long hot walk. Pool area was small and could do with a bit more seating but pleasant gardens and peaceful. Has an honesty box for cold beer/drinks etc which was very handy. Staff were most helpful - booking taxis and show as well as lots of useful advice. Only real miss for me was the breakfast both in quantity and quality on offer. Could get made to order eggs (great) and noodles (avoid!) but overall not a great breakfast. We bought pastries and coffee from the nearby bakery for breakfast.

Nice hotel in a good location with bikes
Nice little hotel an easy walk to the Ancient Town. Has a beautiful pool. Rooms were fine as well, if lacking a few of the modern touches - but perfectly good for this class of hotel. They have bicycles for use free of charge, which made popping to the tailors for fittings super duper easy. And popping to Nourish Eatery for lunch super duper easy. I’d stay again

Great hotel, I only stayed one night but a very big room and huge shower. Breakfast was great. All the staff were very helpful. Easy walking distance to the old town,just turn left out of the hotel walk past the market and the old town is on the left.
